An account found on a statement. A bill that is still being paid. A letter that needs sending.
See how an example plan turns a pile of paper into steps you can take one at a time.
Choose an example. Open a step. See where it came from.
These are fictional examples, not advice about any real estate. The finished product is still in development.

Where to begin.
Turn on JavaScript to explore the example. Example: a checking account appears on a bank statement; the plan lists it and drafts a notification letter to the bank.

At your pace, in your hands.
You make every decision. EstatePath keeps the list.

Before you ask
Gentle answers.
Clear expectations, kindly put.
Is EstatePath available yet?
Not yet. It is in development, with launch planned for early 2027. This is an interactive preview. Pre-orders and document uploads are not open.
Who is it for?
Executors and administrators of straightforward US estates who would like to handle the paperwork themselves, with everything kept in one place.
Will you contact banks or the court for me?
No. EstatePath drafts letters and keeps your checklist. You review, sign and send everything yourself, and you decide what happens next.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. EstatePath is an organising and drafting tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. For a contested will, a large or taxable estate, or questions about your duties, please consult a probate attorney.
Does it guarantee anything about the estate?
No. Courts, institutions and your own decisions determine the outcome. You remain responsible for checking every step and letter.
Why not just ask ChatGPT?
A chatbot can describe general steps. EstatePath is intended to read your actual documents, keep one running inventory, remember what has been done and draft letters with the right account details, so nothing depends on a single conversation.
Can the estate pay for it?
In many cases, reasonable administration costs may be paid by the estate. Rules vary, so please check with your adviser or the court.
What happens to the documents?
This preview accepts no documents or personal information. Document handling, retention and deletion details will be provided before uploads become available.
How will pre-orders and refunds work?
Pre-orders are not open yet. The planned terms are a full refund on request before delivery, with an automatic refund if the stated delivery deadline is missed. The exact delivery date and refund process will be shown before payment opens.
